Wellbeing Officers

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." â€” Matthew 11:28

I am kind. I am brave. I am learning every day. I am enough.

What is wellbeing?

Wellbeing means feeling good on the inside and outside.

It is about being healthy, happy, calm and kind to yourself and others.

Here are 5 ways to boost your wellbeing!

1 - Move your body!

Fun fact: Did you know that kangaroos can hop up to 25 feet in one jump?

What different ways can you move your body?

2 - Eat the Rainbow - not skittles but your fruit and vegetables!

Fun fact: Carrots really do help your eye sight as they are full of vitamin A

What new vegetables are you trying?

3 - Breathe and be calm.

Fun fact: Sloths breathe really slowly - only about 6 times a minute

Can you find a quiet moment in each day?

4 - Get creative!

Fun fact: Elephants can paint with their trunks.

What is one way you love to be creative?

5 - Talk and share

Fun fact: Talking to someone you trust can help your heart beat slower and your body feel calmer.

Who is your special someone to talk to?

Following our officers meeting we introduced the wellbeing challenge ready for starting on Monday 13th April.

We will be exploring each part of our spirituality each week:

Week 1

Explore our amazing world

Awe & Curiosity: Noticing the world around us

Week 2
